Maximem is an AI memory and context-management company, founded in 2025 and headquartered in San Francisco with engineering in Bangalore. We build Maximem Vity, a personal AI memory assistant that syncs across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and Maximem Synap, a memory infrastructure SDK for the AI agents developers build.

AI conversations today are stateless. Most start from zero, context is scattered across tools, and no two AI products share memory. Maximem provides a unified, private, encrypted memory layer so people and agents can carry context across every session and every model.
