1. What this covers

These Terms apply to everything under the Vity brand: our website, web app, browser extensions, APIs, and any future apps we launch.

2. Your account

• •Keep your login details secure: you're responsible for what happens in your account.

3. License to use Vity

We give you a personal, limited license to use Vity. That means you can use it for yourself, but you can't resell it, clone it, or use it to build competing services.

4. Who owns what

• •You own your content: your prompts, memories, and generated outputs.
• •We own the platform: the software, brand, and technology behind Vity.
• •Feedback: if you share ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• • Break the law or violate others' rights;
• • Share harmful, illegal, or abusive content;
• • Hack, reverse engineer, or overload our systems;
• • Scrape or resell Vity;
• • Try to break the system with prompt injections or similar tricks;
• • Access or try to access someone else's account.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

6. AI disclaimers

Vity works with large language models (LLMs), which can sometimes be wrong or misleading.

• • Don't rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.
• • Always use your judgment before acting on outputs.

7. Plans and payments

• • Free Plan: limited credits.
• • Pro Plan: 0/month.
• • Super Plan: $30/month.
• • Subscriptions renew every 30 days.
• • No pro-rata refunds. Refunds are only given if the service is persistently unavailable (not for answer quality).
• • Prices may change in the future, and we'll give you notice.

8. Service availability

Vity is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy.

9. Limiting liability

To the maximum allowed by law:

• • If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at the lower of what you paid us in the last 3 months, or 00.
• • We're not responsible for indirect or special damages (like lost profits or business opportunities).

10. Ending your use of Vity

• • You can stop using Vity anytime.
• • We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, misuse the product, or create risks for others.

11. Updating these Terms

We may update these Terms if our product or the law changes.

• • If the changes are important, we'll notify you by email and/or in-app before they take effect.
• • The "Effective Date" at the top always shows the latest version.
• • If you keep using Vity after changes take effect, it means you agree. If not, you can stop using Vity before the changes go live.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved under Delaware law.
