Synap Updates: Higher Scores, 17 Integrations, and a Live Playground
We launched Maximem Synap six weeks ago. The initial benchmark results are in the April launch post. But today, we are sharing the updated benchmark numbers and some more updates.
Updated Benchmark Results
Maximem Synap now scores 92% on LongMemEval, up from 90.2% at launch. Also, we tested ourselves on LOCOMO and scored 93.2%. Both numbers come off the same open-source harness we published at launch, so you can reproduce them on your own setup. Among memory systems with either any real adoption or the ones who publish a reproducible result, Synap is the most accurate across LongMemEval and LOCOMO. P50 retrieval is still around 15 milliseconds.
If you are new to Synap, it is memory and context infrastructure for AI agents, the layer that lets an agent carry facts, preferences, and entities across sessions instead of starting cold every time. The background is in Why We Built Synap and How Synap Works Under the Hood.
A Playground to try out
The playground needs no install and no key. Paste in a conversation, query it back, and see what Synap remembers. It is the fastest way to get a feel for the product before you write any code.
17 integrations, with docs
Synap now drops into 17 frameworks, each with its own quickstart:
The integrations overview covers the scoping and ingestion model they share.
Pricing, in the open
Pricing is now public, with a free tier and no credit card. There is a limited-time launch offer on that page that offers a 60% discount on the Starter plan
Use cases
The use-cases page walks through how Synap maps to customer support, voice, sales, healthcare, and multi-agent setups, and several are runnable in the playground.
A free eval on your agent's memory
The benchmarks measure Synap. The number you care about is your agent, on your data. Tell us your agent and where it lives, and we will run an accuracy eval and show you where memory is helping and where it is hurting. Sign up Here, for a free eval
